Meet the Owner!!!
Since I was six I lived with my Aunt Janet, who was a diabetic. She was always having issues with her blood sugar, we had used sugar substitutes like sweet and low and splenda. She could never find desserts that tasted good and were not going to effect her blood sugar. At the age of 13 I realized I wanted to create a bakery that had different dietary needs desserts, that not only are better for peoples health but taste great! As I got older I grew a passion for quality coffee. During my courses at Oregon Culinary Institute I realized I could combine the two into a perfect business. Through my courses I perfected what exactly I wanted to do for my business. I create all coffee drinks with fair trade coffee. This is important to me because I want to better how others are treated not only in my community but in the world.
